PTA Calendar Shoot: this Friday 27th September
Time to search out some stripes for the Phil & Jim’s ‘Where’s Wally?’ calendar!
Please come to school Friday 27th September dressed in stripes of any colour to help create our very own puzzle fun school calendar. Bring along any props you may have lying around the house which fit in with your birthday month’s specific theme (listed below).
The fabulous staff will be guest starring as Wally/Wizard Whitebeard/Wenda/Odlaw, so please don’t dress up as one of those specific characters, but do go crazy on stripes to make it truly tricky to find them in the crowd.

We are looking for a new PTA Communications Co-ordinator.
What does it involve?
- Updating the website (www. philandjimspta.org – currently a WordPress website): updating and posting info and documents to the site
- Managing our PTA newsletter: sending out an hoc email newsletters on behalf of the PTA, and managing the newsletter mailing list (using Mailchimp)
- Managing our FaceBook page: posting news and events
The role is very flexible and can be managed from home, around family commitments and/or a job.
Our existing Website and Communications Co-ordinator is stepping down after five years in the position, but she is very happy to discuss the role and/or provide handover details for anyone who would like to take up the position.
