The SUMMER FETE is here soon!

Saturday 24 June 12pm-3pm – make sure you keep it free!

It’s time to start collecting all the goodies we need for the fete. And if you can speak to either a PTA Committee member or your class rep about any time you can commit to on the day, we would appreciate it. WE NEED EVERYONE!!!

DONATED GOODS NEEDED

Used Books (from infant to adult): drop off into IKEA bags/boxes under the desk in reception
Bottles (new and unopened, anything from water to wine, from shampoo to jam!): into the Tombola boxes that your Class Reps have placed in the classrooms.

Seedlings/Plants: to be dropped off in the Blue Wet Area a few days before the fete (Wednesday 21-Friday 23 June).

Cakes and baked goods (as always!): to be dropped off to the Blue Wet Area the afternoon of Friday 23 June, or brought to the fete on Saturday.

DONATED TIME NEEDED

As mentioned previously, we need every family to donate some time and contribute to make the fete a success. On the day last year we needed more than 150 volunteers to pull it off! Whether you can put in 30 minutes or 90, every little bit helps. Please do contact us or talk to your class rep with what time you can spare.
