The Phil and Jim’s Pre-Loved Bazaar – will be taking place in the Main Hall 1-4pm on Sunday 22nd September 2024.

Give your children’s clothes and toys a new lease of life: donate them to this important fundraising event, where all proceeds will benefit the school.

This is a chance to reduce waste, embrace the circular economy, and contribute to our local community.

Everything will be sold to other Phil and Jim families so please only donate things in very good condition that you would be happy to receive.

Over the summer months, please save up your items ready for collection at the start of next term.

We are looking for donations of:

• Children’s clothes ages 0-11, including Phil and Jim PE kit
• Children’s shoes and wellies
• Children’s toys ages 0-11
• Baby equipment – can include electrical which will be sold as seen
• Scooters
• Bicycles
• Electrical equipment such as lamps, breast pumps, Tonies

We will not be able to accept:

• Car seats
• Car seat bases
• Books
• Dirty or damaged clothing
• Clothes and toys for over age 12
• Maternity clothes

We ask each family to donate 10-50 items which can be sold on. We will aim to sell everything on the day so you’ll be able to grab some great bargains.

To ensure this has a wonderful, social community feel, there will be artisan coffee, cakes, snacks and water available to buy from the Little Blue Van, and delicious ice-cream by Alfonso. By purchasing these you will also be supporting the school as both are kindly making a donation in support of this event. So please save room for a treat after lunch and support these local businesses and the school!

Please also bring your own re-usable bags for transporting your purchases home.
